Horsemen's Yard Sale

Seller Information

1. Consignment fee to TAHC, 10%

2. TAHC is not responsible for lost items.

3. Due to space limitations, sellers limited to 20 items.

4. Please have each item priced with a removable price tag before arriving at the sale.

- Each seller will be assigned a number for tracking purposes. This number is to be placed on the back of each price tag.
- Price tags will be removed from the items as they are sold and added to sellers envelope.


5. Please have all clothing on hangers.
- Garmet racks will be provided, hangers will not. Due to space limitations, all clothing must be on hangers.

6. If selling a saddle, please provide a saddle rack to display saddle.
- Due to space limitations, saddles will not be placed on tables.

7. Please have horse blankets, sheets and hoods clean and size clearly marked on item.
 
How The Sale Works

When arriving at the sale, sellers will be asigned a number and asked to address an envelope.
The assigned number needs to be written on the back of the price tag on each item to be sold.

When an item is sold, the tag will be removed and placed in the seller's envelope.
After the sale, the tags will be totaled, and the seller will be sent a check minus 10 percent.
The seller is responsible for removing their items at the end of the sale.
